# Quick\_start

\*\* Access to the application\*\*

You will receive an e-mail with your personal access data to your application. The e-mail contains a user name, the initial password and a link to the application. You can then change the initial password in the [account management](https://lp.qvantum-plan.de/en/wissensdatenbank/account-management) under "Access data".

If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot password?" in the login window to receive a new password by e-mail. If you did not receive an email, please contact us, either by phone +49 241 47072172 or by email to <support@qvantum-plan.de>.

You can then assign a new password as usual and continue with the planning.
